Put The Gun Down for peta2 Bag Design

For our next installment in the battle against the use of paper and plastic bags, we’re teaming up with our friends at peta2 for an animal rights design. We will be donating $3.00 from the sale of each of these bags to the organization. But first, we need your help to come up with the design for the bag.
PRIZES

The artist of the winning design will receive:

1. 1 Put The Gun Down for peta2 ReUsable Shopping Bag with their design on it.

2. 1 peta2 “I Am Not A Nugget” Messenger Bag

3. An assortment of STAY VOCAL and peta2 t-shirts, patches, pins, stickers, etc.

GUIDELINES

1. The design must be related to anything concerning animal rights, as long as it incorporates the Stay Vocal Slogan,”PUT THE GUN DOWN” into the design.

2. As always, we want this to be as STAY VOCAL a shirt as possible, so words/facts/etc are encouraged, but not required.

3. The art must be designed on our Organic Bag Template.

4. The art must be 1 color only.

5. The file should be in 300 dpi resolution. We prefer a .psd file in layers, but we also will accept .jpgs and .pdfs.

6. The art can be sent via email to contest@stayvocal.com or uploaded and a link sent to us. If you are not used to sending large files, please use www.yousendit.com.

7. A permission form, giving all art rights to STAY VOCAL, must be signed before prizes are received.

Since it’s inception in 2002, peta2 has grown to become the world’s largest youth animal rights group. peta2 focuses its attention on the four areas in which the largest numbers of animals suffer the most intensely for the longest periods of time: on factory farms, in laboratories, in the clothing trade, and in the entertainment industry. The goal of peta2 is to arm young people with all the information, literature, advice, and moral support they need to live a cruelty-free lifestyle and get active for animals.
