ONE OF A KIND - Ruffled Hearts and Flowers

All of these skirts are custom made by different artists, using at least 75% preworn/used materials. Every year, there is an astronomical amount of waste in the world, so why not re-use some of this before just throwing it away or grinding it up? Skirts consist of a base material (this was a pillow case) with the designs/accesories stitched on. All materials used have been cleaned and treated.
