21 days after OUR shipment date.

What you CAN return:

• Accessories
• Clothing (unwashed/unworn)
• Damaged / defective items
• Literature
• Music (unopened)
• Skateboard products

What you CANNOT return:

• Artwork
• Clothing (washed/worn)
• Items not in "as sent" condition
• Music (opened)
• ReUse One of a Kind Items

What you CAN return for:

• Exchanges will be shipped out within 14-21 days after YOUR shipment date
• Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number within 14-21 days after YOUR shipment date

How to make your return:

• When appropriate, please ReUse the original shipping carton and packing materials.
• Along with the item you are returning, please include a note indicating the reason for the return and if you would like a REFUND or an EXCHANGE. If an exchange, make sure to let us know what you're exchanging for.
• If you are returning a damaged or incorrectly shipped item, STAY VOCAL will cover the return shipping fees. Please be conservative and use a low-priced option. We prefer DHL Ground and USPS First Class.
• If you are returning the item for a refund, YOU are responsible for all shipping charges.
• Do not return items COD. YOU will be responsible for any charges for COD shipments.
