Refund policy

How long you CAN return for:
21 days after OUR shipment date.

What you CAN return:
* Accessories
* Clothing (unwashed/unworn)
* Damaged / defective items

What you CANNOT return:
* Artwork
* Clothing (washed/worn)
* Items not in "as sent" condition
* ReUse One of a Kind Items

What you CAN return for:
* Exchanges will be shipped out within 14-21 days after YOUR shipment date
* Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number within 14-21 days after YOUR shipment date

How to make your return:
* When appropriate, please reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.
* Along with the item you are returning, please include a note indicating the reason for the return and if you would like a REFUND or an EXCHANGE. If an exchange, make sure to let us know what you're exchanging for.
* If you are returning a damaged or incorrectly shipped item, STAY VOCAL will cover the return shipping fees. Please be conservative and use a low-priced option. We prefer USPS First Class and UPS Ground.
* If you are returning the item for a refund, YOU are responsible for all shipping charges.
* Do not return items COD. YOU will be responsible for any charges for COD shipments.
